Precision Agriculture Software for UK Farms
Dynamik Agri keeps the farm's paperwork on your own Windows PC, one module at a time. It is made by Dynamik App Ltd and distributed by UKPAI. You can try it in your browser first, with an example farm.

One Register, On Your Own Computer
Typed in once
The holding, its area and its fields go in once, and every module works from them: a spreading, a spray and a medicine all belong to the same farm and the same field names. Lab reports, an adviser's written advice and soil analyses sit under Papers, inside the register.
Nothing is deleted
A wrong entry is corrected or removed, and the original stays under Corrections with the day and the reason. An inspector sees what was written and when.
Yours, on your PC
The register is a file on your own Windows computer, and the program works without an internet connection: everything is worked out on your machine. You sign in once on each PC with your email and a six-digit code.
The backup, if you want it
Nothing leaves your computer unless you buy the backup. With it, a copy is encrypted on your PC with a key from a passphrase only you know, so neither UKPAI nor Dynamik App Ltd can open it.
What Each Module Keeps, and the Law Behind It
Each module is built from the rule that makes the record compulsory.
| Module | What the rule asks you to keep | For how long | The rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| NVZ register available, first year free | The fertilisation plan, field records within a week, manure in and out within a week, the livestock record by 30 April, slurry storage | 5 years | DEFRA's NVZ guidance and the 2015 regulations; all of it on our page of NVZ rules in England |
| Spray records coming soon | For each plant protection product used: its name, the time and dose of the application, the area and the crop | At least 3 years | Article 67 of Regulation 1107/2009, as it applies in Great Britain |
| Animal medicine book coming soon | For a food-producing animal: each medicine bought (product, batch, date, quantity, supplier), each one given (product, date, quantity, withdrawal period, animals treated), and any disposed of | At least 5 years | Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013, regulation 19 |
Northern Ireland is stricter on sprays. Since 1 January 2026 its spray record also carries the product's MAPP number, and from 1 January 2027 it has to be kept electronically (DAERA, under EU Regulation 2023/564). In England, Scotland and Wales the Article 67 record above is what the law asks.

Where the Rules Come From
- GOV.UK — Using nitrogen fertilisers in nitrate vulnerable zones (the NVZ records and their deadlines; five years).
- Regulation 1107/2009, Article 67, as it applies in Great Britain (spray records: name, time and dose, area and crop; at least three years).
- DAERA — New requirements for PPP record-keeping by professional users (Northern Ireland: MAPP number from 1 January 2026; electronic records from 1 January 2027).
- Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013, regulation 19 (what a keeper of food-producing animals records) and GOV.UK — Record keeping requirements for veterinary medicines (at least five years).
