5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our website, under appropriate data processing agreements, or with law enforcement where required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months unless ongoing correspondence requires otherwise.

8. Cookies
For information about how we use cookies, please see our Cookie Policy.
9. Dynamik Agri
Dynamik Agri is distributed by UKPAI and made and sold by Dynamik App Ltd, which is the data controller for what the program sends us. That is: the email address you sign in with (the sign-in code is sent to it), the name of the PC it is signed in on, when it was last seen, the date of your first sign-in, and one encrypted copy of your register per day. The copy is encrypted on your computer with a key made from your backup passphrase; we cannot read it, and without your passphrase or recovery code nobody can. Each copy holds your whole register, every year of it. We keep a copy for each of the last 60 days and, before that, one for each month, for as long as you use the service. If you stop, we tell you before deleting them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
